I did a certain thing today
That some might call a sin.
But no amount of anything
Could make me undo that
Certain thing I did
If what I've done be called a sin
Then sinner so call me.
If what I've done be called a sin
Then sinner must I be.
For my heart
It leapt with joy
A joy that is so scarce
And I felt as though
The sky itself
Were not too high for me
If what I've done be called a sin
Then sinner shall I be.
If what I've done be called a sin
Then sinner so I be.
